America 250 is a momentous occasion that presents Americans with the opportunity to celebrate the greatest country in the world and all that she\u2019s achieved. At least, that\u2019s what\u2019s supposed to happen, right?<\/p>\n

Not according to America-hating leftists. Rather than come together to express gratitude for the nation they call home (well, at least for \u201cindigenous peoples\u201d anyway), these ungrateful crisis actors are aiming to hijack the semiquincentennial by turning it into a celebration of Marxist ideology and its accompanying policies \u2014 all of which are completely at odds with the American experiment. <\/p>\n

According to a press release obtained by The Federalist, this June 27 \u201cnationwide day of mobilization\u201d organized by several left-wing groups \u201cwill include coordinated marches, rallies, cultural activations, performances, artistic installations, youth storytelling projects, teach-ins, faith gatherings, and community events.\u201d The presser\u2019s subhead further states that organizers \u2014 which include far-left activists Linda Sarsour and Carmen P\u00e9rez \u2014 launched the coordinated event as a way to \u201cAdvance an Inclusive Vision of Repair for the Next Chapter of America in Contrast to Trump\u2019s Whitewashed \u2018F250<\/em>.\u2019<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOrganizers say the mobilization is intended to offer a broader, more inclusive vision for how the country approaches the 250th anniversary. One rooted not in exclusion or erasure, but in participation, belonging, democracy, and a shared commitment to building the next chapter of America together,\u201d the press release written in leftist-speak reads. <\/p>\n

The June 27 mass demonstrations are being spearheaded \u201cin part\u201d by the Next 250 initiative, which is not shy about its goal of \u201cleveraging\u201d America\u2019s 250th birthday celebration to \u201creimagine what our nation can become.\u201d The group seeks to base the nationwide mobilization on its \u201cDeclaration of Interdependence,\u201d an apparent mockery of the Declaration of Independence that attendees can sign committing themselves to the Next 250 cause.<\/p>\n

And what, one may ask, is that cause? <\/p>\n

The Next 250\u2019s press release notes that the core pillars of its \u201cDeclaration\u201d center around a \u201cLiving Wage for All\u201d (wealth redistribution), \u201cClimate Justice for All\u201d (climate alarmist policies), \u201cReproductive Rights & Justice for All\u201d (pro-abortion policies), \u201cVoting Rights for All\u201d (opposition to election integrity), and \u201cGun Safety and Peace for All\u201d (gun control). Not exactly the patriotic sentiments expected of a supposedly celebratory America 250 event.<\/p>\n

Next 250\u2019s efforts to \u201creimagine\u201d America through its June 27 demonstrations are also evident after examining its listed partner organizations for the event. Among the left-wing groups involved are One Fair Wage, the Trans Latin@ Coalition, the Workers Center for Racial Justice, and several others. <\/p>\n

The Next 250 press release identifies All of U.S. 250, Get Free,\u00a050501,\u00a0Youth250 as among the other left-wing organizing groups that are part of the \u201cbroad partnership\u201d helping coordinate the nationwide protests. <\/p>\n

All of U.S. 250 proclaims on its website that, as the country is preparing to celebrate its 250th birthday, \u201ca white supremacist faction is pushing our country in the opposite direction.\u201d Clearly directed at smearing President Trump and his voters, the group further asserts that \u201cthe MAGA regime is in the midst of trying to whitewash our past so they can whitewash our future\u201d and that \u201cwe can see this in their attempts to not just erase the history of enslavement and genocide, but roll back hard-won civil rights victories.\u201d<\/p>\n

Get Free is a radical left-wing organization that professes support for reparations to \u201cundo white supremacy\u201d and \u201crepair the harm.\u201d The youth-oriented group is a partner of \u201cNo Kings,\u201d a leftist protest movement against the second Trump administration.<\/p>\n

The 50501 Movement similarly sprung up in response to Trump\u2019s return to office. The organization has espoused support for racist DEI policies, \u201cLGBT interests,\u201d and \u201cPalestinian nationalism;\u201d sought Trump\u2019s removal from office; and participated in demonstrations against Trump, Elon Musk, and ICE, according to InfluenceWatch. <\/p>\n

Youth250 seemingly aims to increase youth participation in \u201ccivic life.\u201d The initiative boasts an FAQ tab on its webpage that includes a question, \u201cI wouldn\u2019t call myself patriotic, is this program for me?\u201d The accompanying response reads:<\/p>\n

It\u2019s about believing in the potential of our country and working to make it better. Whether you love the 4th of July or skip the Pledge of Allegiance, this program is for you.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The groups\u2019 main demonstration will take place in Washington, D.C., while \u201ccommunities nationwide will host local actions and gatherings\u201d throughout the country, according to Next 250.<\/p>\n
